we are

We are a vibrant church in the heart of the Groves area of York. We are committed to reaching out to our local community, and we want to be a HAVEN: a place where people find the peace and the hope that Jesus offers. Please do come along and find out what's going on.

Our gatherings are friendly and welcoming to all, so please do come along! You'll meet people of a whole variety of ages and backgrounds, and most importantly we seek to meet with God.

Children are especially welcome. We have groups for our children during the service, with a monthly "All Age" informal service.

We have tea and coffee after the service and regular bring and share lunches, which are a great chance to get to meet other people.
